  • Jonnie is a buy & build tech entrepreneur with a stellar track record in buying, building and divesting platform technology companies.
  • He co-founded Scaler in 2021 and serves as CEO.
  • He has been involved in over 20 buy & build platform transactions in the last 15 years.
  • Four exits creating over €400 million EV (equity value) for shareholders (PE’s & founders).
  • Using a buy & build strategy he built up BHN Europe, the European division of a NASDAQ listed global leader in branded payments into a business with 700 people, $1.1B in sales, $100 million margin, $45 million EBITDA and served as regional head before it was taken private by Silver Lake private equity in 2018.
  • Investor DIDIX Group & CEO Didix Gifting a European leader platform for branded payments & subscription dining backed by Waterland private equity and acquired by Bridgepoint PE & Blackhawk Network in 2015.
  • Co-owner & MD MIG Benelux Europes fastest growing mobile billing platform 2006-2011 and acquired by Velti NASDAQ 2011 & 4th screen acquired by AD colony 2012.
